We recently purchased a home from you in “River’s Edge”, in Orting. We knew that Premier Communities had a great reputation for building quality houses with great floor plans and affordable prices. When we began looking for houses we made a “wish list” for what we would like in a new house. Once we started looking at Premier construction- we quickly found exactly what we had been looking for in a house.
What we didn’t realize was how awesome the customer service would be. We have been very grateful and awed at how much Premier cares for their customers. Each person we have dealt with from Premier has gone out of their way to serve us. The on-site Realtors for the development- Steve and Ty, were inviting, helpful and informative. They made our home buying process smooth, exciting and easy. The building superintendent-Justin- was very thorough and personable. He made sure things were taken care of in a timely manner prior to our closing. And the house walk through representative-Tom-was very helpful and gave us some valuable tips to insure that certain things maintained their “freshness”. All of these people have been approachable and easy to talk to. Like a friend, we’re on a first name basis with them.

Our Summer BBQ held earlier this month at Sterling Crossing was a huge success! The weather was great, and we had a fabulous sunny afternoon full of fun in the neighborhood. While around 35 homeowners and friends gathered to enjoy all the excitement, several prospective buyer groups drove up and stopped to visit. What perfect timing for everyone.
Everyone enjoyed the BBQ and meeting the neighbors. While the adults were mingling, all the kids made new friends and played together. The best part is that one family is now working on their financing so they can buy in Sterling Crossing. It was perfect timing! We gave away Premier Monopoly games, Premier mugs, and a few people even walked away with cash from contest winnings! They all had a great time and we look forward to doing it again next year.
