Congrats to our Howl-oween Best Pet Costume Contest winner, Lexy the Biker Babe!

Join us in congratulating our Howl-oween Best Pet Costume Contest winner, Lexy the Biker Babe! Lexy heated up the competition with her edgy and rockin’ style. She could definitely be the owner of a Harley! Her family, the Tuckers, received a $200 gift certificate. Maybe Lexy can get a new helmet?!

The Howl-oween promotion did not just bring cute animals dressed in their best costumes, it also brought Premier new Facebook “likes.” As promised, for each new “like,” we donated $1 to the Humane Society of Tacoma and Pierce County. Happy Howl-oween!

Kids love dressing up on Halloween. We are sure to see lots of princesses, ghosts, ghouls, sports figures and cartoon characters trick or treating from our Auburn, Orting, Tumwater, Spanaway, Olympia, Fife and Lacey homes. Sometimes you even see the family dog dressed up and following the kids along the route. To make sure everyone is included in this festive holiday, Premier Communities invites you to sniff out some special treats for your furry friends on Facebook this Howl-oween. Enter your pet in our Best Pet Costume Contest for the chance to win the grand prize, a $200 gift certificate to the place of your choice (You choose, it’s our treat!).

Lacey Homes Celebrate Fall by Going to the Farm

Choose the perfect pumpkin at Schilter Family Farm!

Residents living in our Lacey homes in Horizon are ready for fall! They are celebrating by going to Schilter Family Farm in Olympia. There, they can enjoy activities for the whole family including a corn maze, feeding the farm animals, hayrides and the pumpkin patch. Plus, there are pumpkin blasters and corn cannons!

Schilter Family Farm also serves up some fantastic seasonal dishes such as homemade cider donuts, caramel apples, roaster corn, pumpkin pie and hot spiced cider. The Farm is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. October 1 – 30 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Halloween, October 31.

When not celebrating at Schilter Family Farm, residents are enjoying their new homes in Horizon and are putting up Halloween decorations. Oktoberfest Comes to Tacoma New Homes

Do you live in one of our Puyallup homes or nearby communities? Then, you will want to “do the Puyallup Fair”! Sitting on more than 170 acres, the Fair is ranked one of the top ten largest fairs in the world. This year, the Puyallup Fair will be held September 9-25. Sterling Crossing BBQ a Huge Success

Our Summer BBQ held earlier this month at Sterling Crossing was a huge success! The weather was great, and we had a fabulous sunny afternoon full of fun in the neighborhood. While around 35 homeowners and friends gathered to enjoy all the excitement, several prospective buyer groups drove up and stopped to visit. What perfect timing for everyone.

Everyone enjoyed the BBQ and meeting the neighbors. While the adults were mingling, all the kids made new friends and played together. The best part is that one family is now working on their financing so they can buy in Sterling Crossing. It was perfect timing! We gave away Premier Monopoly games, Premier mugs, and a few people even walked away with cash from contest winnings! They all had a great time and we look forward to doing it again next year.
