Formal dining rooms with columns and coffered ceilings set the tone for the big day with plenty of room for guests, the turkey and even the stuffing too. Continue reading →
As the weather gets colder, heaters go on and fireplaces are lit. Save on energy with these tips!
As the weather gets colder, heaters go on and fireplaces are lit. However, keeping your house warm can get expensive. This season, save on energy in Premier homes by following these tips.
-Set your thermostat no higher than 68 degrees when home. Lower this temperature when in bed or when you are not home. For every degree that you lower your thermostat, you save about two percent on your heating bill.
-Weatherize your home by caulking and weather-stripping all doors and windows. In addition, use locks on windows to make them tighter and draft resistant. Continue reading →
Congrats to our Howl-oween Best Pet Costume Contest winner, Lexy the Biker Babe!
Join us in congratulating our Howl-oween Best Pet Costume Contest winner, Lexy the Biker Babe! Lexy heated up the competition with her edgy and rockin’ style. She could definitely be the owner of a Harley! Her family, the Tuckers, received a $200 gift certificate. Maybe Lexy can get a new helmet?!
The Howl-oween promotion did not just bring cute animals dressed in their best costumes, it also brought Premier new Facebook “likes.” As promised, for each new “like,” we donated $1 to the Humane Society of Tacoma and Pierce County. In all, we donated about $120! Hopefully, it will help more pets be adopted into good families, such as the Tucker family. Continue reading →

There is still time to enter your pet in our Best Pet Costume Contest on the Premier Communities Facebook page! Here are some pet safety tips for residents in our new homes in Lacey, Auburn, Bonney Lake, Everett, Fife, Lakeland, Olympia, Orting, Puyallup, Spanaway and Tumwater:
-Don’t assume that pets will love their new costumes. Try costumes on in advance to see how they react. If they don’t like dressing up, don’t make them. Continue reading →

We recently purchased a home from you in “River’s Edge”, in Orting. We knew that Premier Communities had a great reputation for building quality houses with great floor plans and affordable prices. When we began looking for houses we made a “wish list” for what we would like in a new house. Once we started looking at Premier construction- we quickly found exactly what we had been looking for in a house.
What we didn’t realize was how awesome the customer service would be. We have been very grateful and awed at how much Premier cares for their customers. Each person we have dealt with from Premier has gone out of their way to serve us. The on-site Realtors for the development- Steve and Ty, were inviting, helpful and informative. They made our home buying process smooth, exciting and easy. The building superintendent-Justin- was very thorough and personable. He made sure things were taken care of in a timely manner prior to our closing. And the house walk through representative-Tom-was very helpful and gave us some valuable tips to insure that certain things maintained their “freshness”. All of these people have been approachable and easy to talk to. Like a friend, we’re on a first name basis with them.
The follow-through of the customer service after we purchased our house- has been incredible! It’s one thing to care for a customer in the buying process- but to care for the customer after they purchase a house and address any questions and concerns and to Continue reading →
First off, I would like to start off by saying, we love you all! You are the best builder we could think of having to build our house. We absolutely love it, and your customer service has always been top notch.
We prayed for you to come back strong, and although we don’t know you personally we have so much respect for you and what you are. Thank God you are building again! So awesome and I am sure a sign of good things to come for you all.
While the housing market took its toll on everyone throughout the industry, builders also largely felt the pain. With a record breaking year in 2006 Premier Communities sold an impressive 303 homes, and the housing market quickly began to shift soon after. Premier knew that with some key adjustments, we could hang on and survive through the lowest times and come out of this stronger than ever before—and that’s exactly what we did!
After a quiet couple of years, things quickly began moving the other direction by the end of 2010. With smart business decisions and sheer determination, Premier Communities has once again become a force to be reckoned with in the Puget Sound marketplace. In just the last 7 months alone, Premier has opened 5 new neighborhoods, the size of the office staff has nearly doubled, and we continue to increase sales month in and month out consecutively!
Premier is a key player in the new home industry with the ability to acquire developed lots at astonishing prices, allowing us the competitive edge Continue reading →
